Abstract: Nerve sheath myxomas (NEUROTHEKEOMA) are uncommon tumors of nerve sheet origin. These tumors most frequently arise from in the dermis and subcutaneous tissues of the head and neck, and upper extremities. Neurothekeoma may be either asymptomatic or may present as a painful raised, skin colored, well circumscribed dermal lesion averaging 1 cm in diameter. This entity is especially rare in the foot and we present a 15 years old male patient with a large (6.5 cm) recurrent eurothekeoma of the left foot.

Abstract: In organizations, employees meet ethical behavior and also unethical behavior which damage organizations and employees. Whistleblowing occurs as using organizations’ resources badly, stealing, bribing, discrimination, do not obeying the rules in organizations. That is so important to blowing these kinds of behaviors. Whistleblowing is about reflecting unethical behavior inside and outside the organizations.The purpose of the study is giving an operational definition of whistleblowing, investigating whistleblowing in organizations in terms of legal regulations and evaluating of protecting whistleblowers.
Lie Algebra of Hamiltonian Vector Fields and the Poisson-Vlasov Equations

Abstract: We introduce natural differential geometric structures underlying the Poisson-Vlasov equations in momentum variables. We decompose the space of all vector fields over particle phase space into a semi-direct product algebra of Hamiltonian vector fields and its complement. The latter is related to dual space of Lie algebra. Lie algebra of Hamiltonian vector fields is isomorphic to the space of all Lagrangian submanifolds with respect to Tulczyjew symplectic structure. This is obtained as tangent space at the identity of the group of canonical diffeomorphisms represented as space of sections of a trivial bundle. We obtain the momentum-Vlasov equations as vertical equivalence of complete cotangent lift of Hamiltonian vector field generating particle motion. Vertical representatives can be described by holonomic lift from a Whitney product to a Tulczyjew symplectic space. A generalization of complete cotangent lift is obtained by a Lie algebra homomorphism from the algebra of symmetric contravariant tensor fields with Schouten concomitant to the Lie algebra of Hamiltonian vector fields. Momentum maps for particular subalgebras result in plasma-to-fluid map in momentum variables. We exhibit dynamical relations between Lie algebras of Hamiltonian vector fields and of contact vector fields, in particular; infinitesimal quantomorphisms. Gauge symmetries of particle motion are extended to tensorial objects including complete lift of particle motion. Poisson equation is then obtained as zero value of momentum map for the Hamiltonian action of gauge symmetries for kinematical description.

Abstract: We show that complete cotangent lifts of vector fields, their decomposition into vertical representative and holonomic part provide a geometrical framework underlying Eulerian equations of continuum mechanics. We discuss Euler equations for ideal incompressible fluid and Vlasov equations of plasma dynamics in connection with the lifts of divergence-free and Hamiltonian vector fields, respectively. As a further application, we obtain kinetic equations of particles moving with the flow of contact vector fields both from Lie-Poisson reductions and with the techniques of present framework.

Abstract: Taking configuration space as a Lie group, the trivialized Euler-Lagrange and Hamilton's equations are obtained and presented as Lagrangian submanifolds of the trivialized Tulczyjew's symplectic space. Euler-Poincar\'{e} and Lie-Poisson equations are presented as Lagrangian submanifolds of the reduced Tulczyjew's symplectic space. Tulczyjew's generalized Legendre transformations for trivialized and reduced dynamics are constructed.
Reductions of Dynamics on Second Iterated Bundles of Lie Groups

Abstract: We consider trivializations of second iterated bundles of a Lie group that preserve lifted group structures. With such a trivialization, we elaborate Hamiltonian dynamics on cotangent, Lagrangian dynamics on tangent bundles and, both Hamiltonian and Lagrangian dynamics on Tulczyjew's symplectic space which is tangent of cotangent bundle of Lie group. We present all possible Poisson, symplectic and Lagrangian reductions of spaces and corresponding dynamics on them. In particular, reduction of Lagrangian dynamics on second iterated tangent bundle includes reduction of dynamics on second order tangent bundle.
A Giant Left Atrial Hydatid Cyst in a Patient Presenting with Sudden-Onset Breathlessness

Abstract: Hydatid cysts rarely involve cardiac cavities and are mostly seen in the right chambers of the heart. The location of hydatid cysts in the left chambers of the heart is very harmful in terms of cerebrovascular risk. Herein, we report a case of a left atrial hydatid cyst which coexisted with a hydatid cyst in the liver. The patient was successfully operated on and discharged from the hospital on the fifth day after admission.
Intradural Intramedullary Conus Medullaris Metastasis of Colorectal Adenocarcinoma: A Case Report

Abstract: Spinal cord metastasis is rarely seen. Intramedullary spinal metastasis has been defined between the rates of 0,9 -2,1% in the autopsies performed on the cancerous cases. And also intramedullary spinal metastases are defined at a rate of 8,5% in the cases which have metastasis at central nervous system. The male patient, who was at the age of 62, was admitted to our clinic with the complaints of serious back and left leg pain and weakness at the left leg which had begun 15 days before. Low anterior resection + total mesorectal excision + ileostomy were applied to the patient five years ago due to colorectal adenocarcinoma. The carcinoma was reported as adenocarcinoma grade II. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy were applied after postoperative period. Left SLR was positive and 3/5 monoparesis at left leg was determined in the patients neurological examination. Conus medullaris located tumor was determined in the magnetic resonance imaging of the patient. Intradural intramedullary tumor which was infiltrated to the conus medullaris was totally removed with microneurosurgical technique via Th12-L1-2 total laminectomy. Th11-L3 posterior instrumentation and fusion were added because of expansive laminectomy and L1 corpus involvement of the tumor. The histopathological examination was reported as colorectal adenocarcinoma metastasis. In this manuscript we report a colorectal adenocarcinoma metastasis to the conus medullaris for the first time in the literature.

Superintegrable Cases of Four Dimensional Dynamical Systems

Abstract: Degenerate tri-Hamiltonian structures of Shivamoggi and generalized Raychaudhuri equations are exhibited. For certain specific values of the parameters, it is shown that hyperchaotic L\"{u} and Qi systems are superintegrable and admit tri-Hamiltonian structures.
